The WEG Short Film Lab is made possible in part by the Knight Foundation and NBCUniversal Foundation, NBC6 and Telemundo 51.
The program commissions 8-10 short film projects, and provides creative and logistic production advising and additional resources in support of original short film projects.
The chosen artists have their works commissioned while also creating free-to-attend public programming in underserved South Florida communities.
